PPA material: liquid nitrogen

Application scope of PPA resin: Due to its outstanding physical, thermal and electrical properties, especially the moderate cost, PPA resin has a wide application scope. These properties, together with excellent chemical resistance, make PPA a candidate for many uses in the automotive industry. The trend towards better aerodynamic body design, together with higher performance motors, will increase the temperature of the engine case, making the traditional thermoplastics unsuitable. These new requirements make PPA one of the candidate materials for making the following components: automobile headlight reflector, bearing seat, pulley, sensor housing, fuel pipeline element and electrical element.

☆ Automobile components, including fuel, transmission and engine systems, can reduce weight, reduce cost and provide a long service life;

☆ Chip set, socket and cup body welding support;

☆ Chip capacitors, switches and micro speakers, and high-density printed circuit board connectors;

☆ It is used in occasions with high wear resistance requirements, such as non lubricated bearings, seals, bearing isolation rings and reciprocating compressor parts;

☆ Connectors, controllers, sensors, motors and other key electronic components.
