Overview of PPA manufacturers
PPA has superior strength, toughness and hardness, as well as good heat resistance, chemical resistance and crack resistance
PPA can still maintain strength and hardness under high temperature and high humidity environment, so it can replace metal in traditional nylon and polyester that cannot be used at will
PPA plastic also has superior surface luster. It can be colored to avoid surface spraying, thus helping to reduce the apparent degree of surface scratches and scratches.
PPA plastic also has good processability and allows short injection cycle time
Compared with PA46:
√ PPA has higher thermal stability than PA46;
√ PPA has better CTI/arc resistance and infrared current capability than PA46;
√ PPA has better chemical resistance than PA46;
Main applications:
Automobile parts
Including fuel, transmission and engine systems, which can reduce weight, reduce cost and provide a long service life;
Chip set, socket and cup body welding support;
Chip capacitor
, switches and micro speakers, and high-density printed circuit board connectors;
It is used for occasions with high wear resistance requirements, such as non lubricated bearings, seals, bearing isolation rings and reciprocating compressor parts;
Connectors, controllers, sensors, motors and other key electronic components

EMS-GRIGORY uses the name GreenLine to sell a variety of bio based polyamides, which are partially or completely made of renewable materials. The "GreenLine" product consists of the following product families:
Grivory HT
Grid TR
Grilamid 1S (PA1010)
Grilamid 2S (PA610)
GreenLine offers a range of special properties, from very flexible to extremely rigid, from high heat resistance or hydrolysis resistance to complete transparency.
The main goal of the GreenLine developed by EMS-GRIGORY is to provide customers with products made of renewable materials. These products have excellent characteristics and have been proven to reduce the impact on the environment in the production process. From the technical point of view, GreenLine products are second to none among crude oil polyamides.
From the perspective of "cradle to gate", GreenLine products use monomers obtained from renewable raw material castor oil through chemical process, so the environmental impact is greatly improved compared with crude oil polyamide. During the whole production process of polyamide and its precursor, the total emissions of climate damaging gases can be reduced by up to 3/4 (depending on the product).
Although GreenLine products use renewable materials, they are not biodegradable polymers. Their durability is comparable to that of crude polyamide.
